Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure building and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose and repair defects, perform make-readies for leases, manage inventory, and assist in preventive maintenance across the property.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least two years in property maintenance, EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related training.
• 2 years minimum experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification(s).
• Valid driver’s license to operate vehicles on-site.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety and code standards.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Maintains inventory, tracks materials, and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Documents work performed accurately for records and reporting.
• Assists in groundskeeping, cleanliness, and minor repairs to common areas.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing where feasible.
