Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Seattle to handle a broad range of apartment and property maintenance tasks with a focus on safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work, plus proactive preventative maintenance and on-call emergency support. A valid driver’s license and basic English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance duties as directed by supervision.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and tile work.
