Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality at our Wisconsin properties. You will complete work orders, prep vacant units, manage materials, maintain grounds, and support cost-saving practices.

The role requires OSHA training, EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel as

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required for Certified Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance while diagnosing defects and repairing per safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing including inspections and vendor coordination.
• Tracks inventory and requisitions materials, returning unused items to the designated location.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.
