Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

You will complete work orders, perform make-readies for vacant homes, manage inventory, document tasks accurately, and assist with grounds maintenance while following OSHA and safety standards. Role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair building systems following policies and safety standards.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Track inventory and manage materials from maintenance department.
• Document service requests accurately for record-keeping.
• Maintain grounds and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
