Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our buildings meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. You will perform work orders, make-ready for vacant units, manage supplies, and support groundskeeping while following OSHA and safety guidelines.

Role may require flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call. EPA refrigerant certification and valid driver's license are required, with opportunity to contribute to a large national

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required (Type 1/2 or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code requirements.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, obtain materials, and coordinate with maintenance supervisor on re-ordering.
• Prepare timely, accurate service documentation for requests and inspections.
• Support grounds maintenance and general cleaning of common areas and amenities.
• Adhere to safety policies, participate in safety meetings, and report incidents promptly.
