Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical maintenance across our properties in Wisconsin. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and functional standards are met for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready units for leasing, inventory management, documentation, and assisting with grounds and common areas. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel as needed is required.
