Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and grounds upkeep, ensuring safety and curb appeal. You will support residents and coordinate with the maintenance supervisor to uphold service standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in property management or related field, a valid driver's license and the ability to read/write English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Address a range of apartment and property maintenance tasks as directed.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC and grounds as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and curb appeal; respond to emergencies as required.
• Communicate with maintenance leadership about issues and on-call duties.
