Job summary

PeopleReady in Coeur d’Alene, ID is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventative maintenance across the property. You will address plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, and refresh units by installing appliances, carpeting and lighting.

Own your tools and communicate effectively; background check and drug test are required. The role is on-site with a 1st shift daytime schedule, and benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and short-term disability.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of general maintenance work experience preferred.
• Own tools of the trade and bring them to the jobsite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Solve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Refresh units by installing new appliances, carpeting, and lighting
• Prepare and paint walls
• Record maintenance activities and determine schedule for upgrades
• Restore door locks and key systems
• Perform minor construction and/or carpentry work
