Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of service and curb appeal at the Spokane Valley property.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance, while maintaining a responsive work order system and ensuring resident satisfaction. Strong safety practices and professional conduct are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance including electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds work.
• Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion to standards.
• Inspect grounds and facilities for safety, cleanliness and repairs.
• Assist with emergencies and after-hours maintenance with proper response times.
