Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, countertop replacement and door/lock repair.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas to identify issues needing maintenance or safety concerns.
• Participate in on-call/after-hours maintenance and respond to emergencies as needed.
