Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

You will diagnose and repair issues, complete work orders, manage make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, and support safety and cost-control programs while working a flexible on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• Performs maintenance and make-readies on apartment properties.
• Diagnoses issues, completes work orders per policy.
• Adheres to safety standards and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Makes the make-ready process for vacant apartments, schedules vendors, and inspects work.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials and tracks inventory.
• Completes documentation for service requests and keeps records up to date.
• Maintains grounds, clean areas, and amenities; participates in cost-control programs.
