Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and keep interior and exterior common areas clean on-site at our El Paso community. The role covers custodial duties, grounds work, basic landscaping, and help with make-ready units.

Responsibilities include operating power washers, blowers, floor scrubbers, pool care basics, and responding to after-hours maintenance tasks. OSHA safety rules apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
• General knowledge in trades including construction/installation, repair and maintenance, drywall, basic carpentry, and make-ready.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work and exterior cleaning tasks.
• Power wash, clean breezeways, and wipe down doors and handrails.
