Responsibilities include documentation, grounds upkeep, and efficiency in material usage. Expect to ensure safety and compliance by following policies, attending trainings, and supporting a team-oriented property operations environment.

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to diagnose defects and perform repairs per safety standards and codes.

• Diagnose and repair property defects per safety standards and codes.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Track materials, inventory, and re-order supplies from the maintenance department.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Assist with groundskeeping, cleaning, and painting tasks as needed.
• Help reduce costs by repairing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.
• Ensure safety by following policies, attending trainings, and reporting incidents.
