Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and ensure property systems, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose issues, repair, and maintain buildings according to policies and codes.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• State and local certifications required for all technicians.
• Valid driver\u2019s license to operate a golf cart, if applicable.
• Must meet safety standards and OSHA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose source of defects and perform repairs per policies and codes.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units; inspect and schedule tasks.
• Track materials, inventory, and re-orders with the maintenance department.
• Document service requests accurately for record-keeping and tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and perform cleaning/painting as needed.
• Assist cost containment by using parts efficiently and avoiding waste.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
