Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders and make-ready tasks for vacant units, tracking inventory, documenting requests, maintaining grounds, and supporting cost-control programs with efficient use of materials.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• State and local certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety rules.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units including inspections and punch lists.
• Manage materials, inventory, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document service requests accurately and maintain records.
• Assist with grounds, common areas, and safety inspections.
