Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician at the Durham, NC property to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with make-ready inspections and punch lists. Candidates should hold EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience with routine and preventative maintenance on multi-unit properties.
• Ability to diagnose defects and perform repairs to standard.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain EPA refrigerant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Execute the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track materials, return unused items, and notify supervisor when reordering is needed.
