Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service and repair building systems, grounds, and common areas across our properties. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed. Onsite housing discounts and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certification required
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property where needed
• State/local certifications as required by jurisdictions

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and repair per policies and safety standards
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling
• Track inventory and coordinate with maintenance supervisor
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting
