Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs in property management.
• Ability to diagnose and repair building systems to meet safety and code requirements.
• Must have EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1/II or Universal and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to ensure property cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Maintain documentation, track inventory, and communicate status to maintenance supervisor.
• Assist in grounds and common area upkeep, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Support cost-saving initiatives by repairing parts rather than replacing them when feasible.
