Job summary

Gallery Residential seeks a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical maintenance across property buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose defects, repair issues, and ensure safety and cleanliness in line with company standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders quickly, assisting in make-ready processes, and maintaining property grounds while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools for maintenance.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with general cleaning and repairs.

Education

EPA certifications Type I/II/Universal for refrigerant recycling
