Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and support make-ready processes for vacant units.

Responsibilities include documenting work, maintaining inventories, collaborating with on-site teams, and upholding safety and risk-management policies while providing excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal needed for refrigerant recycling.
• Current valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform maintenance to keep property clean, safe, and functional.
• Assist with make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
