Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance on interior and exterior spaces, ensuring safety, cleanliness and functionality across the property. You will handle work orders, coordinate with vendors, and keep records up to date.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED preferred, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is a 40-hour, on-site role at multiple sites within the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform routine upkeep and repairs to meet safety and quality standards.
• Assist in make-ready process for vacant units and inspect completed work.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Document work orders accurately and keep records up to date.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
