Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform routine upkeep and repairs to buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Assist in make-ready process for vacant units and inspections.
