Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recovery certifications required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours with quality repairs.
• Conduct make-ready tasks and coordinate with vendors for inspections and punch lists.
• Manage inventory, obtain supplies, and document materials used.
• Assist with groundskeeping, cleaning, painting curbs, and signaling amenities.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and company safety policies.
