Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical maintenance on interior and exterior property elements, including buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will address resident work requests, complete make-ready tasks, and help keep common areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities include diagnosing defects, repairing equipment, managing supplies, and reporting safety concerns. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with strong tools experience and customer service focus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with safe use and maintenance of hand/power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and inspect quality of repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and manage punch lists.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance are followed.
• Interact professionally with residents and onsite team.
