Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical maintenance across the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

This role requires hands-on skills, reliability, and strong communication with residents and staff. Expect a 40-hour work week with some after-hours coverage as needed to keep the community running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and safety instructions.
• Strong mechanical understanding and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Plays a key role in maintaining the property indoors and outdoors.
• Completes work orders promptly after resident requests.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance and repairs to equipment and amenities.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and safety compliance.
• Documents work performed and communicates progress to supervisors.
• Assists in safety training and inspections as needed.
