Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician for our Maintenance team to perform technical and mechanical work across the property, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete work orders within 24–48 hours, assist in make-ready tasks, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining records and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I/II/Universal and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs per policies and code requirements.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Inspect property for safety and risk management and report issues to management.
