Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform hands-on maintenance across the property, addressing repairs, completing work orders, and ensuring safety and cleanliness to meet company standards.

You will handle preventive tasks, assist with make-ready processes, and document work thoroughly while complying with policies and safety rules. This on-site role includes some lifting and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory and request re-orders; maintain documentation for service requests.
