Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions.
• Tech-savvy with work order systems or mobile apps.

• Be the Fix-It Pro: handle repairs from plumbing to electrical, complete make-readies for new residents.
• Keep properties looking their best with painting, carpentry, and upkeep.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies; participate in rotating on-call.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems in top shape.
• Collaborate with property management to plan repairs and larger projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and staff.
