Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix‑It Pro: perform repairs from plumbing to HVAC and appliance maintenance.
• Keep it Pretty: painting, carpentry and upkeep.
• Tackle Emergencies: respond to maintenance requests; rotating on‑call schedule.
