Job summary

Westminster is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to keep our communities safe and welcoming. You’ll perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance maintenance, and handle make-readies for incoming residents.

You’ll respond to emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule, perform preventative maintenance, and partner with the property management team to plan projects. A valid driver's license and 1–3 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance or handyman work.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs; certifications are a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience using work order systems or mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix‑It Pro – handle repairs from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and appliance maintenance.
• Keep it Pretty – painting, carpentry and general upkeep for a polished property.
• Tackle Emergencies – respond to maintenance requests on a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Stay Ahead – perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment in top shape.
• Collaborate – work with the property management team to plan repairs and larger projects.
• Wow Residents – address maintenance concerns quickly and professionally.
