Job summary

Westminster is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, functional, and attractive for residents. You’ll handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, perform make-readies, paint and perform general upkeep, and respond to emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Certifications are a plus, a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Handle repairs from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC and appliance maintenance.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Perform painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks to keep properties looking their best.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies; work a rotating on-call schedule.
• Perform preventative maintenance and collaborate with the property management team.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to residents and team members.
