Avenue5 Residential is seeking a maintenance technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties under supervision, delivering high standards of customer service and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds; perform preventative maintenance; inspect grounds; respond to emergencies; maintain safety and on-call duties; foster positive relations with residents.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Mansioni

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Carry out general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator and more.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings and amenities for safety and cleanliness; identify issues for repair or replacement.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow removal, fires, floods) and respond to urgent issues.
• Communicate with maintenance leadership about all issues; promote safety and risk management.
• Participate in emergency on-call/after-hours maintenance with timely response.
• Promote customer satisfaction and curb appeal; interact professionally with residents.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and other properties; maintain professional appearance.
