Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and general carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the supervisor/property manager.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness and identify issues.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call maintenance assignments.
• Promote safety and risk management in compliance with laws and company rules.
