Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Eugene, OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property upkeep, perform repairs, and maintain curb appeal while delivering excellent resident service. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in property management or related field, plus carpentry and general maintenance skills.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with on-site work and emergency on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as directed.
• Maintain work order system and ensure orders are completed per company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and amenities for safety and cleanliness and identify issues requiring maintenance, repair, or replacement.
• Assist with property emergencies and respond to on-call maintenance assignments as needed.
