You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks for vacant units, coordinating with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property.
• State/local certifications as required; OSHA safety training/certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments; coordinate inspections, vendors and materials.
• Track inventory and re-order supplies; adhere to policy and safety standards.
• Document service requests clearly for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist in painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing parts instead of replacing and using materials efficiently.
