Inland Residential Real Estate Services, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity of our community and ensure a safe living environment for residents and staff. Responsibilities include general repairs,Make-ready work, trash removal, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications include 1+ year experience in maintenance, HVAC/CFC certifications where possible, and strong communication skills. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and on-call hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property maintenance or related fieldwork.
• Proficient interaction with residents, staff and management.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service and maintenance requests promptly.
• Communicate status of service requests to residents for satisfaction.
• Maintain property safety and cleanliness across buildings and grounds.
• Keep records of preventive maintenance and work in progress.
• Ensure make-ready repairs are completed on schedule.
