Job summary

Inland Residential Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to safeguard the property and assist residents across our Naples, FL communities.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, performing basic repairs, and keeping accurate maintenance records. Applicants should have 1+ year experience, HVAC/CFC-EPA credentials preferred, and ability to travel for parts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Must furnish own tools and have transportation for parts.
• Fair Housing training or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service and maintenance requests promptly.
• Communicate status of service requests to residents and staff.
• Maintain property grounds and perform make-ready repairs on schedule.
• Keep records of preventive maintenance and expenditures.
• Travel to pick up parts as needed and perform on-site tasks.
