Job summary

Inland Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician for our Norman, OK community. The role covers general repairs to apartments and common areas, making-ready vacant units, trash removal, emergency repairs, landscaping, and record keeping to ensure a safe living environment.

Requirements include 1+ year in property maintenance, ability to interact professionally with residents and staff, basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC experience a plus, and various certifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent maintenance-related fieldwork.
• Ability to interact professionally and efficiently with prospects, residents, staff, and management.
• Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating and cooling systems; pools, landscaping, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate with residents on the status of service requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain the property and correct unsafe conditions immediately.
