Coast Property Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep across our communities. You will assist with make-ready procedures, inspect grounds and structures, and perform repairs with supervision as needed.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, basic plumbing/repair skills, and own tools. Reliable transportation and teamwork are essential to ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or similar roles.
• Ability to read and follow written/instructional material.
• Familiarity with basic plumbing and repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment make-ready procedures.
• Perform regular inspections of grounds and buildings.
• Execute repairs or replacements with supervisor approval.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Be available or on-call for after-hours emergencies when assigned.
