Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep indoor and outdoor spaces, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional. You will diagnose issues from resident requests and perform repairs in accordance with policies and codes.

The role requires 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or One Site is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and manage punch lists.
• Repair and maintain property to safety standards.
• Document and track service requests.
• Inspect contractors' work for quality and compliance.
