Realty Center Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Lake Forest community in California. This full-time role involves hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing homes for new residents while maintaining safety and curb appeal.

You will work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general property components, with a focus on timely work orders, quality workmanship, and resident satisfaction. On-call rotation and teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community and complete repairs.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly and ensure safety and appearance.
• Work on preventative and routine maintenance across building systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours emergencies.
