Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair property buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. The role requires 3-5 years of maintenance experience and EPA refrigerant certifications, plus a valid driver’s license.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday with on-call rotation. Responsibilities include completing work orders, pre-move-in readiness, inventory tracking, documentation, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-property vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacants for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Tracks inventory, orders supplies, and coordinates with maintenance supervisor on re-orders.
• Documents service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, cleans, and assists with cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in safety trainings.
