Requirements include 1–2 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license. You will handle work orders, prepare units for leasing, and support cost-control measures while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal are required (for eligible technicians).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Finish make-ready tasks for vacant units and inspections.
• Track inventory and requisition materials as needed.
• Document service activities clearly and timely.
