Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• Yardi/Happy Co, Outlook email/calendar experience preferred.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required (for applicable technicians).

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Obtains materials and tracks inventory from the property maintenance department, returns unused items, and notifies for re-orders.
• Documents completed work for accurate service request tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing instead of replacing parts and using materials efficiently.
