Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders for service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing and move-ins.
• Stores and tracks materials, inventories, and orders as needed.
• Documents service requests clearly for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, assists in repairs and cleaning.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
