Job summary

Greystar Management Services, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities to Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete the make-ready process for vacant units, while documenting work orders and managing supplies. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Performs technical and mechanical work to ensure property standards.
• Completes maintenance and make-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Maintains safety and compliance with policies and codes.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing via inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory and return items to stock; notify when re-ordering is needed.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly.
• Assist in groundskeeping, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Support cost-control by using parts efficiently and avoiding waste.
