Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team and assist in employee evaluations; interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Oversee work orders from resident requests; diagnose issues and perform repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect work performed by staff and contractors; ensure quality and stay within budget; manage inventory and supplies.
• Assist in budget development for maintenance and capital expenses; support cost-saving measures.
• Maintain awareness of technology and industry standards; perform preventative maintenance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property; conduct safety meetings and report incidents.
• Resolve customer complaints and other duties as assigned.
