Job summary

SoCal Pacific Management is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the property's maintenance team, curb appeal, safety, and daily operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate make-readies, implement preventative maintenance, and ensure repairs meet Vista's standards while supporting leasing staff to hit occupancy goals.

You will work under the Community Manager to manage vendor bids, track work orders in Yardi, and schedule maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• EPA Certification required within 75 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the daily activities of the property’s maintenance team.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to coordinate move-ins and ensure timely repairs for new residents.
• Manage open service requests and track work orders in Yardi (24–48 hour turnaround).
• Schedule, monitor and conduct preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and common areas.
• Work with vendors to coordinate repairs and obtain proposals as needed.
