Job summary

Vista Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise the property's maintenance team and oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and turnover jobs.

You will coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure timely moves and high-quality workmanship across non-renovated and renovated units, tracked in Yardi. You will manage vendors, obtain proposals, and maintain an up-to-date inventory of supplies while ensuring safety compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years’ experience performing maintenance duties or related field.
• EPA Certification required within 75 days of hire date.
• HVAC/CFC and/or CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the daily activities of the property's maintenance team.
• Coordinate make-readies and move-in/move-out schedules.
• Manage work orders and repairs in Yardi with 24–48 hour turnaround.
• Schedule preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• Oversee vendor coordination and ensure quality work.
• Provide safety training for maintenance staff and ensure compliance.
