Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisor experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry skills required.
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance schedules.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and workflow.
• Manage unit turns, scheduling, and renovation coordination.
